On Monday 4 April, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of joint control of EAP France, which provides corporate concierge services in France, by the company Malakoff Médéric Assurances and Europ Assistance France. Malakoff Médéric Assurances, which belongs to the Malakoff Médéric group, is active in the supplementary pensions sector and manages pensions institutions in France.
