Brussels, 23/03/2011 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission decided on Wednesday 23 March to refer Italy to the European Court of Justice for not complying with a Commission decision of 19 November 2009 that found that Alcoa Trasformazioni had received unlawful state aid and needed to repay it to the Italian authorities, something which, to date, has not been done.
