Brussels, 15/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 14 October, the European Commission authorised the acquisition, by the investment fund Advent International Corporation and Bain Capital Investors, of the company RBS WorldPay, which is owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) group and specialises in merchant payment services. RBS will keep a stake of around 20% of its capital.
