Brussels, 12/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - The Chinese authorities have prevented a European delegation from meeting the wife of the Nobel Peace Prize winner, Liu Xiaobo, to give her a letter of congratulations from Commission President José Manuel Barroso directly.
