Brussels, 12/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - Egypt's foreign minister, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, said on Monday that it was uncertain whether the second summit of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), scheduled for 21 November in Barcelona, would in fact be held.
