11/10/2010 (Agence Europe) - In recognition for its substantial reduction in its carbon footprint, Heathrow Airport in London was awarded the first certificate on Monday 11 October 2010 under the 'Airport Carbon Accredited Programme' of the International Airport Council of Europe (ACI - Europe).
