Brussels, 17/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament will be sitting in plenary from Monday 20 to Thursday 24 September in Strasbourg, when it will be addressed by a high-ranking player as the president of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, presents for the first time the outcome of the European Council on strategic partnerships and economic governance.
