06/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 6 September, the European Commission gave its approval for the South Korean company POSCO (which manufactures and markets a diversified range of finished and semi-finished steel products) to take over Daewoo International, also from South Korea and which is active in international trade of a range of products, including raw materials used to manufacture steel and semi-finished steel products.
