02/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 3 September, COREPER is expected to approve the European Commission draft decision amending Regulation 2042/2003 on continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical products. The decision will mean that application of certain arrangements of the regulation relating to aircraft which are not involved in commercial transport (with the exception of heavy aircraft) will be delayed by one year, until 28 September 2011.
