Abu Dhabi Mar and ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems civil and military ship deal approved

Brussels, 01/09/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 31 August, the European Commission cleared a proposed concentration between Abu Dhabi Mar and ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems in the areas of civil and naval ship building and repair.
