26/08/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 26 August, the European Commission authorised the planned acquisition of Pražska Energetika by EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG. EnBW is a German electricity generator and distributor active in Germany and Central Europe. Pražska Energetika is a retail electricity distributor operating in and around the city of Prague.
