Brussels, 18/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 18 June, the European Commission authorised the acquisition by DFDS (Denmark) of Norfolk, a ferry and cargo shipping provider in the North Sea. The approval is conditional upon the conclusion of a space charter agreement on routes between the UK and Denmark.
