14/06/2010 (Agence Europe) - Meeting in Council in Luxembourg, EU foreign ministers, on Monday evening, discussed implementation of the extended sanctions agreed last week by the UN Security Council against Iran because of its nuclear programme. Further European sanctions, in addition to those decided at the UN, were discussed, but the member states struggled to find agreement on the measures. The debate was continuing as we went to press.
