Decision of the Representatives of the Governments of the Member States of 2 June 2010 appointing a judge to the Court of Justice - Alexandra Prechal is appointed judge to the Court of Justice for the period 10 June 2010 to 6 October 2012, further to Christiaan Timmermans' resignation.
