Proceedings are opened against Czech group J&T to investigate obstruction of Commission inspection

Brussels, 28/05/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 28 May, the European Commission opened proceedings against J&T Finance Group, J&T Investment Advisors (both part of the “J&T Group”) and Energetický a prùmyslový holding, in order to determine whether these companies, which operate in the electricity and lignite sectors in the Czech Republic, obstructed the Commission's inspection of 24-26 November 2009 at their premises.
