19/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament plenary session will take place as planned in Strasbourg this week but because a number of MEPs have been unable to travel to Strasbourg because of the air traffic problems in Northern Europe, the sitting will be shortened (Monday 19 April to Wednesday 21 April inclusive) and there will not be any voting on resolutions or draft legislation.
