16/04/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has granted clearance for the acquisition of sole control of Spotless Group of France by BC Partners Holdings Limited of Guernesey. Spotless is a manufacturer of household linen, shoes and plant and pet care products. BC Partners is a private equity company. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure.
