25th anniversary of European capitals of culture

Brussels, 23/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On 23-24 March, the European Commission celebrates the 25th anniversary of the European capitals of culture. It has organised a conference and an exhibition to be attended by over 400 representatives of past, present and future capitals, and many other cultural operators.
