Brussels, 23/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - Ahead of the European summit, a delegation from the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC), led by Secretary General John Monks, met President of the European Council Herman Van Rompuy to convey to him their thoughts on how to bring about economic recovery.
