Commission presents measure vying with member states on suspects' rights in criminal proceedings

Brussels, 09/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 9 March, the European Commission adopted a draft directive aimed at compelling member states to provide complete interpreting and translation services for suspects facing criminal proceedings.
