€7.6 million from Globalisation Adjustment Fund in favour of Germany and Lithuania

Brussels, 09/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 9 March, in Strasbourg, the European Parliament approved decisions allowing the EU Globalisation Adjustment Fund to make €7.6 million available for workers facing unemployment in Germany and Lithuania. The EU Council of Ministers adopted the texts without debate on Monday 8 March.
