Brussels, 08/03/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 8 March in Brussels, the Employment and Social Affairs Council (EPSCO) approved without debate (but with Germany voting against) a decision on a new European micro-finance instrument to promote jobs and social inclusion (PROGRESS) worth €100 million.
