Madrid does not want Union for the Mediterranean summit in June to misfire

Brussels, 16/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - The secretariat general of the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) will be operational in under a month and its official inauguration will take place in March, said Miguel Angel Moratinos, Spain's Foreign Minister and President-in-Office of the EU Council, as he addressed members of the Forum Nueva Economia, in Madrid on Monday 15 February.
