Spanish Presidency opens debate on market management measures after 2013

Brussels, 16/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 15 February, the Spanish Presidency of the EU Council of Ministers circulated to agricultural experts a working paper and a questionnaire on the future of the common agricultural policy (CAP), specifically on market measures after 2013. These documents will help structure the EU agriculture ministers' debate at their next meeting in Brussels on 22 February.
