Brussels, 03/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - With France and Italy having backed a ban on marketing bluefin tuna - under differing arrangements, but, first and foremost, to protect the species - the new European Commission will bring forward its recommendation on this issue, probably on 17 or 24 February, once the new team of commissioners has taken office (the European Parliament is due to approve Barroso II on 9 February).
