Brussels, 01/02/2010 (Agence Europe) - US President Barack Obama has, it would appear, decided not to travel to Madrid on 23 May for the EU-US summit, because the domestic political agenda is too full, the Wall Street Journal reports on 1 February. Having visited Europe six times in 2009 (no other US president has visited Europe as often in the first year of his term of office), Obama would like to cut back his travelling this year.
