European Commission concerned at delays in WTO rulings on airbus and Boeing cases

Brussels, 25/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The day after the World Trade Organisation (WTO) announced that its dispute settlement body would not be publishing its ruling on the EU's complaint against US aid to US aircraft manufacturer Boeing (DS 354) until June this year, the European Commission expressed concern on Tuesday 25 January at the delays in issuing an intermediate ruling on the US's complaint about state aid to Airbus (DS 316) (published in September 2009, see EUROPE 9971) and the...
