Brussels, 22/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission's Internal Market Department has published on its website a list of national centres providing aid to individuals and companies receiving services covered by the Services Directive, (2006/123/EC, Article 21). The recipients of a service can obtain the following information from the centres: details of requirements and regulations in another member state regarding access to services and their provision, particularly consumer-protection services; information about how to complain and lodge settlement disputes; and contact details for organisations and the EU consumer centres networks providing further assistance.
