20/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - The former high representative for the European Union's external and security policy, Javier Solana (who was also Spain's foreign affairs minister and NATO's secretary-general) agreed to sponsor the 22nd European Union's Master Programme organised by the Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos in Saragossa. The institute is currently celebrating its 25th anniversary at the very moment Spain is celebrating 25 years as a member of the European Communities....
