15/01/2010 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 15 January 2010, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to a deal whereby SFR Développement (SFRD, France) and Europ Assistance Holding (France) will buy up Océalis (France). SFR Développement invests in mobile phone and internet startups.
