23/12/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB) and Tirana Bank have just signed a funding contract for €10 million to support small and medium sized enterprises and fund infrastructure projects implemented by the Albanian local authorities. This is the first EIB loan to SMEs granted in Albania. (O.L./transl.fl)
