Brussels, 26/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - With a packed timetable on taxation and financial supervision issues, the EU's finance ministers are unlikely to have time at their meeting on Wednesday 2 December 2009 to look at how to prevent, manage and solve crises arising from the collapse of a cross-border too-big-to-fail bank or financial institution. They will therefore have to simply adopt a new conclusions document (following on from their October 2009 conclusions document, see EUROPE 9998)...
