Brussels, 20/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday the 20 November, the fisheries Council reached an agreement on quotas for 20 November in the Black Sea (EUROPE N° 10019). For, turbot the agreement is 96 tonnes (4% less than last year, whereas the commission originally proposed a cut of 24%), to be shared equally between Romania and Bulgaria.
