Brussels, 20/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 20 November, European agriculture ministers unanimously adopted a decision authorising Poland to extend state aid for the purchase of agricultural land for four years, from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2013. Several countries abstained: the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Slovakia, Spain and the United Kingdom. Abstentions, however, do not prevent unanimity.
