Brussels, 13/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - If it proves impossible to convene a meeting of the foreign ministers of the countries engaged in the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) project within the near future, the decision on the adoption of the articles of association of the secretariat general will take place on 21 November.
