Brussels, 03/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - The Commission is eagerly awaiting General Motors' decision on the sale of Opel, the struggling German car builder. The board of directors of General Motors, the American mother company, was meeting on Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November to discuss the latest proposal.
