03/11/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 3 November, the European Commission authorised the joint acquisition of the horticultural activities of Univeg Holding BV (Netherlands), which will now be jointly owned by Univeg Holding B.V. (Netherlands) and F.lli Cicolella S.p.A., an Italian producer of plants and cut flowers. The operation was examined under the simplified procedure. (C.D./transl.fl)
