Luxembourg announces its withdrawal from Energy Charter Treaty

27/06/23 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 26 June, Luxembourg’s Energy Minister Claude Turmes made official the Grand Duchy’s withdrawal from the Energy Charter Treaty (ECT). “With the publication in the Official Journal of 26 June 2023, Luxembourg has formally withdrawn from the Energy Charter Treaty.
