Enlargement Commissioner Stefan Füle announced on Thursday 1 March that he hoped to launch “structured dialogue on the rule of law” with Kosovo by “later this spring”, to help the country focus its efforts on the necessary reforms. He said, too, that EU experts were in Pristina this week to “provide guidance on trade-related reforms”. During his meetings with Kosovar Prime Minister Thaci Hasim, Foreign and European Affairs Minister Enver Hoxhaj and Minister for Integration Vlora Citaku, the commissioner said that Pristina had to work on an “inclusive and long-term” agenda for the north of Kosovo.
