17/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 16 September, the European Centre for International Political Economy (ECIPE) published a work document drafted by the former vice director general of the WTO, Roderick Abbot, who wanted to explore ways of relaunching the Doha negotiations. His approach is based on simplifying the objectives and recalibrating the goals on liberalising world trade. The document is available at the ECIPE site: (www.ecipe.org). (E.H./trans/rh)
