Brussels, 16/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the informal European Council on Thursday 17 September (due to outline the EU position for the Pittsburgh G20 on 24-25 September), development NGOs from Eurodad and Oxfam International accused EU27 heads of state and government of breaking the promises they made to poor countries during the previous G20 in London last April, and called on them to raise the bar.
