Brussels, 02/09/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission no longer expects accession negotiations with Croatia to be completed by the end of this year. Due to the persistent breakdown in talks due to the border dispute with Slovenia, the Commission now hopes that talks could be wrapped up by the middle of next year.
