06/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has approved the proposed joint venture between Sabena Technics and TNT Airways, both of which are active in aeronautical maintenance. The new joint venture will be active in the maintenance of the Liège-Bierset and Brussels-National airports. The operation was examined under the simplified merger review procedure. (A.B./transl.rt)
