03/08/2009 (Agence Europe) - In the translated version of the article on the free trade agreement (FTA) with South Korea in newsletter 9950, it was wrongly stated that Jan Figel' was the Slovenian Commissioner. He is, of course, the Slovakian Commissioner. Slovenia has recently exercised its flexibility regarding the negotiations on a FTA with South Korea and has not opposed Commission initiatives for reaching compromise solutions with regard to drawback and rules of origin issues.
