28/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On 27 July, the Council gave its agreement for the conclusion of an interim agreement with Turkmenistan. The interim agreement allows early application of the trade chapter of the Partnership and Cooperation Agreement (PCA), signed in May 1998, pending its ratification by member states and its entry into force.
