Brussels, 01/07/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 1 July, the national experts with responsibility for Latin American issues at the Council of the EU decided to cancel negotiations on the EU-Central America association agreement scheduled for next week in Brussels (EUROPE 9932).
