05/06/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 5 June, the Commission approved acquisition of joint control of the German company, Sunfilm AG, by Q-Cells SE (Germany), Good Energies Investments 2 B.V. (Netherlands) and NorSun AS (Norway). All manufacture components in the field of photovoltaic technology, except for Good Energies, an investor specialised in renewable energy.
