28/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 28 May, the European Commission gave a green light to the acquisition of PRN Polska by Bithell Holding Limited and Thomson Technicolor Polska. Following the examination, the Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA) or any substantial part of it.
