15/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 14 May 2009, the European Commission cleared the planned acquisition of Dutch company Cefetra BV by another Dutch company, ForFarmers BV. Cefetra is a supplier of raw materials for animal feed. ForFarmers is mainly active in the manufacturing and sale of animal feed and the breeding and sale of poultry for egg-laying. The Commission concluded that the transaction would not significantly impede effective competition in the European Economic Area (EEA)...
