13/05/2009 (Agence Europe) - In a resolution adopted in mid-March and sent at the end of April to the speakers of the national parliaments of the EU member states, the lower chamber of the Dutch parliament called on the Dutch government to raise, at European level, the issue of a European Union financial contribution to the operation of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights.
